Crossing the bridge, repair the generator with Paul Kirby. Get Allan up the rope and discover some bones, use those said bones to create a bone bridge. Destroy that, switch switch to Paul Kirby and use the grappling hook to create a climbing rope. Making your way up the cliff faces continuing down the path, till you reach the third hydro pole.
